PRODUCTION LINE
This industry complex with more than 80000 square meters and 50000 square meters production hall with the establishment of all sub-units such as casting, molding, rolling, bending and pressing, welding, forging and painting, using of more than 1100 work forces
EXPORT
Thamen Trading has high volume of production that is known Samen as the first Middle East producer. For this reason, this complex use 3 warehouses with 5000 square meters and capacity to store 6000 tons' products in 4000 special shelves for storage its productions. Each of these halls are used for categorizes output production; Export unit will send final products to customers for installing and coloring.
Molds
Casting is done by special molds; these templates are known as tablet. Samen cast iron units for the daily production of 90 tons of casting products; a large number of these templates are needed. These molds are preparing by 90 molding device in two separate halls. In order to increase the speed and quality of work, Samen decide to build the molding unit and casting close together
FOUNDARY UNIT
The heart of the metal industry always is the unit of melting & casting. Samen Ferforge uses two phases of operation to cast iron metal devices because of the high volume of its productions. Phase I has equipped with two 1-tone and two 2-tons furnaces. Phase II which has a larger volume of production is equipped with two 10-tone furnaces
CNC SHOP
The sand molds used in molding shops are disposable and collapse after the casting process. The main molds (to make sand molds) are made of steel, which is high quality shaped with CNC machines. These molds are precise, strong, and long life
FORGING
Smith is of old arts in the field of metal and iron equipment. It has been the smiths who produced the diverse crops that were required of agriculture, the tools of life, and so on. Today, Samen Ferforge uses the up-to-date technologies of the world and 65 expert smiths to complete its production process from ancient art.
FURNANCE COATING
The furnace coating is one of the best methods of painting. The electrostatic-powder paint is the new method for furnace coating. By using electrostatic painting, all surfaces of the products are covered with paint powder and then stabilized in the furnace. In this way, we assure resistance against rusting or stains in the product painting.
